The 2023/24 academic year application campaign to Russian universities has kicked off
Matriculants of the Republic of South Africa and the Kingdom of Lesotho as well as Russian compatriots residing in South Africa and stateless persons are invited to apply for state scholarships to study in Russia starting from 2023/2024 academic year.
