Cancellation of COVID-related travel restrictions

Dear visitors,

Please be advised that in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2022, #1267, all temporary restrictions, introduced earlier for foreign citizens entering the Russian Federation via air, sea, automobile, railway, land, river or combined ports of entry at the state border of the Russian Federation to tackle the spread of COVID-19, were lifted on July 15, 2022.

At the same time, the requirements of sanitary protocol for foreign citizens entering the Russian Federation remain valid. Foreign travelers are required to provide medical documents, certifying a negative result of their laboratory COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction test, taken no earlier than two calendar days before entering the territory of the Russian Federation, as envisaged by the Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Physician of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2020, № 7 «On Ensuring Regime of Isolation to Prevent the Spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection COVID-19».  

Also each foreign citizen must fill out special questionnaire before entering the territory of the Russian Federation (blank form is available for download at the official website of the Federal Supervisory Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Welfare of the Russian Federation).
